The Trump Administration recently released their revised plan to manage highly endangered red wolf recovery. These wolves are among the most endangered animals in the world with as few as 30 remaining in the wild. They only exist in the United States and only in one area in North Carolina.
Instead of refocusing and increasing their efforts to bring these wolves back, Secretary Zinke's U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service will slash their protected habitat by 90 percent and shockingly allow them to be shot on sight if they leave that refuge.
